By accessing or using PWAHero, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Inaccurate or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring cycle (for example, monthly or annually) and may automatically renew unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor shown during checkout. By subscribing, you authorize applicable charges, including recurring fees, to your selected payment method.

You may provide content such as app metadata, domain configuration, install prompt settings, icons, screenshots, and related materials ("Content"). You retain ownership of your Content.

By submitting Content, you grant PWAHero a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and distribute that Content only as needed to operate and provide the service to you.

You are solely responsible for your Content and confirm that you have all rights needed to submit and use it through the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or create legal/security risk.

Upon termination, your right to use PWAHero ends immediately. You may stop using the service at any time and can request account deletion by contacting [email protected].
