Refunds are available for first-time purchases made directly through PWAHero.

We may decline a refund request in cases of fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or if the request is outside the 14-day window.

Please include your account email, payment date, and transaction reference.

4. Processing

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider and bank and can take several business days.
